Just finished working out and stretching...
Hoping to get back my strength and endurance, lose a few inches in general, but in particular in my midsection, and get leaner. I used to be a beast, so hopefully that will come in time. I want to eat a lot healthier as well. I am already cutting back on drinks other than coffee and water, eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, and leaner meats. Cutting out certain types of sweets along the way...
